Description of services required:
Today Team are a same-day B2B delivery and collection business, based in Warrington. We support our clients by ensuring their critical deliveries are completed as they specify. We operate in a very competitive market and differentiate ourselves by the personal level of service and level of communication we provide. When we ask our key clients why they work with us the word they use is “reliability”.
We currently have no internal marketing resource (or expertise) and wish to work with an external and experienced B2B marketing consultant to ensure we are working to both a clear strategy and a proactive plan that will increase awareness of our business and help us capture increased market share.
The marketing project will consist of the following elements:
• Review and strengthening of the Today Team brand and marketing positioning.
• Development of a market growth plan, identifying key target sectors and geographies.
• Creation of a marketing plan to support the development of the brand and support the market growth targets.
• Sourcing of suppliers to deliver the agreed plan and managing implementation
• Delivery of demonstrable return on investment through marketing metrics and KPIs.
