Request for Quotation – Strategic Marketing and Website design and implementation

Background
As an independent full service contractor, with ambitious plans and in a significant growth stage. Working in and around the North West of England to deliver refurbishment and new build projects. Established in 1985 and employing 25 staff all with a professional work ethic.
Requirement
In order for the business to maintain its growth it has been identified that we need assistance in setting a new business acquisition strategy along with a new website and marketing activity. We require a qualified and experienced consultant to work with the management team to provide a strategic plan, process and implementation of the plan bespoke to our needs. Staff engagement work and job descriptions and appraisal process.
A new Website is required which targets the customer profile covering:
• Site structure
• Front end development
• Back end functionality
• Population of the content
• Case studies updates
• Hosting
• Website optimisation
Marketing to include copywriting. Brochures design and printing, blog and article writing.
Deliverable Timescale We wish to start on 1st August and complete within 3 months .
Indicative Budget £15k – £25k
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Quality/ Technical Merit (60%) Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.
Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.
Cost/Value for money (20%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.
Scoring Methodology
4 Excellent – Proposal meets and in some places, exceeds the required standard
3 Good – Proposal meets required standard
2 Acceptable – Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others
1 Poor – Proposal falls short of expected standard
0 Unacceptable – Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer.
Proposal Format
Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
