Established in 2001, Axon-IT Ltd based in Macclesfield is a single-source solutions company offering IT services, telephony, consultancy, training and support. Its services include cloud solutions, connectivity, telecoms, protection, hardware/software and IT support. The company works with Microsoft technologies and holds the status of Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner.

A coach with specialist leadership & management expertise is required to support the development of the cloud support team and the operations manager. Preferably someone who focuses on strategy, with experience of working in an IT/Tech environment. It is envisaged that this engagement will focus on three levels:

1. The leadership development of the Operations Director
2. The development of newly appointed operations manager
3. The development of the wider cloud driven service team
4. The development of newly appointed sales consultant

We feel that a blend of one-to one sessions in addition to group workshops would be preferable.

The key deliverables for this intervention will be:

1. Review of the current Strategy from a SWOT perspective
2. Creation of a fresh strategic approach where appropriate
3. Development of a disciplined service team delivering high customer expectations
4. Development of a strategy focusing on the retention and growth of core customer base
5. Leadership and Management development for the senior and middle management
