Background
We would like to refit 3 of our pharmacies to adapt them for the changes in work practices brought on by our purchase of an MDS dispensing robot. We will be moving MDS dispensing into a centralised hub at Daveys Chemist, Manor Farm Road, L36 0UB. This means we will need to change the dispensary at manor farm road to accommodate the increased MDS dispensing and adapt the dispensaries at Daveys Chemist, 112 Dinas lane, L36 2NS and Daveys Chemist, Bluebell Health Centre, L36 7XY to make good for moving away from MDS dispensing towards more regular pack dispensing.
Requirement
At Manor farm road:
Construction of new workbenches to create a work area for the MDS robot
New Shelving in MDS robot work area
New flooring in the MDS robot work area
Power and network connections for the MDS robot benches + computers
At Dinas lane
Adapt dispensary shelving and increase counter workspace to accommodate the move from MDS dispensing to pack dispensing.
At Bluebell Health Centre
Adapt dispensary shelving and increase counter workspace to accommodate the move from MDS dispensing to pack dispensing.
Deliverable Timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than 25/5/23 , and to be completed by 30/6/23
Indicative Budget – £38000 – £45000
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Cost 30%
Does supplier offer value for money.
Deliverability Within Specified Timescales 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above
Meeting Specification Details 10%
Supplier must demonstrate all specifications met
Supplier Suitability 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they have the capability to deliver the requirement
Scoring Methodology
