Adepte Limited are a newly established business within the Liverpool City Region business and professional services sector.
As a new business we are launching a brand new recruitment platform to market. Spotstar is an employability and recruitment platform which will bring job seekers and employers together in an intelligent and automated system.
We are turning the recruitment model on its head and empowering job seekers to improve their skills and build strong profiles that will attract employers, this allows them to focus on what is important to employers rather than spending countless hours searching for and applying for jobs.
Employers will be able to set up campaigns, match candidates and arrange interviews all in the same day. The system will automatically match candidates to them that are able to work the hours they require, travel to their location and that have completed e courses in their chosen skills sets or industry demonstrating they have the desire and knowledge to work in their sector. Employers will also be able to build their profile within the platform to help them engage the best candidates for them and attract them to their positions.
In order to be successful in our market launch we have two requirements that must work in tandem.
We need a strong candidate pool using the platform and completing courses to be available to employers for engagement. In order to attract quality job seekers we need to have employers engaged with our product and actively looking to recruit staff.
To allow us to engage with employers on the level we want to we need a strong candidate pool of available people skilled and ready to be engaged. To support this goal we plan to fulfil our first employer contracts via standard recruitment methods wherein we will advertise and generate an available pool of candidates who will be directed to the platform as a necessary route to apply for the role.
Employers can then use all the available tools within the platform to screen and recruit the staff required. As an incentive our first employer partners will be offered a fully supported service and an introductory pricing offer which we will freeze for 2 years on a 3 year deal. This will offer significant cost savings over our standard contract terms.
We are looking to target 4 main industry sectors within Liverpool and Merseyside in the first instance. Expanding to the rest of the North West within the 6 month period. Contact Centres – Ideally centres with 50-200 seats and regular recruitment requirements for either fixed term contracts or permanent contracts. Retail Outlets – Ideal clients will be medium – larger retailers with higher volumes of staffing requirements, additional heads for Christmas volume would be an ideal trial for our product launch.
Leading to established recruitment pool for general requirements and operational peaks. Logistics – Medium to large organisations which are independently owned with additional volume requirements for Christmas would be an ideal trial for the product launch. Predominantly this would suit warehouse operative requirements rather than drivers due to the nature of the training we have available for launch.
Leading to established recruitment pool for general requirements and operational peaks. Professional recruiters – in the above fields who are looking to work in partnership with us to upskill their candidate base and increase their available candidate pool to offer their clients.
We would like to approach this market cautiously and selectively. We are looking to partner with small to medium recruiters with single office operations to support them with their more quality contracts which deliver fixed term minimum 4 weeks continuous work or temp to perm arrangements.
We require a service that helps us research the local employer market and targets potential clients within the brief above. We seek a partner who will identify additional potential markets or clients and bring them to our attention for exploration and agreement before approach. To generate qualified leads and book appointments for us to follow through and close. To provide advice and support with market approach and make connections with appropriate partners and clients they have within their network. To provide advice and support with candidate generation campaigns to help us quickly and efficiently build the available candidate base which will in turn support the client sales focus. They should have a strong understanding of the recruitment sector and the sectors we wish to target, understanding their staffing requirements and business peaks.
Deliverable Timescale Commencing September 2017, completing March 2018 Indicative Budget £10,000
Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria: Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement. Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above. Cost/Value for money (30%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.
Proposal Format Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
