Inside Global is a leading provide of on demand sales and marketing services for B2B technology companies. The company is arranging a lease for the upper floors at 17/19 Lord St, L2 9UW to allow the expansion of their Liverpool operation. The building has been used as office space in the past but needs a comprehensive scheme of refurbishment to allow its use as modern office space in the years to come.
The building is on Lord Street in Liverpool. Nationwide Building society occupy the ground floor. Inside Global will occupy the upper 3 floors as well as the basement.
The requirement is to take the floors of the building contained in our lease back to shell condition and refit to provide modern open-plan workspace for c. 150-200 workstations on two floors and 3 meeting rooms on one floor. This will also include provide new services to include a new lift, kitchens, toilets and heating / cooling facilities.
We expect the project to commence no later than August 2022, and to be completed by December 2022.
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Does supplier offer value for money.
Deliverability Within Specified Timescales 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above

Supplier must demonstrate all specifications met
Supplier Suitability 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they have the capability to deliver the requirement
Proposal meets, and in some places exceeds the required standard

1) This project is part of the Liverpool City Region High Growth Programme, and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Under current Public Procurement Regulations there is no formal tender procedure, but a detailed written quotation is required
