Background

Direct Alarm Systems offers you the ultimate in security. Based within the Liverpool City Region our team of specialists have many years of experience in designing, installing and maintaining Electronic Security Systems for both Domestic and Business premises.

We are approved by the National Security Inspectorate – NSI (formerly NACOSS) for the installation and maintenance of Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control.

This approval is confirmation of our technical excellence, customer service and employee integrity. Our systems are accepted by all the major insurance companies, and can be linked to the Police via our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

Requirement

Direct Alarm Systems business management software was last updated in 2012 and since then new products and services have been implemented. Our current portal is currently poor for customer use and is not optimised for access by mobile devices. We plan to invest in developing our Quality Management Systems and CRM (Sales Service & Relationship Management Portal) and require consultancy support through appropriate software developers that will support this initiative. Additionally, there will be a requirement for ongoing management and technical support for the maintenance of the portal (to be separately quoted).

We will require our Management Systems to become easier to navigate/use (with improvements for mobile/tablet/desktop access), easier to update when required and providing an improved user experience for potential clients with a fully responsive design. The Sales, Service & Relationship Management Portal will also promote relevant Google and Linkedin campaigns and any planned events to targeted potential clients. It will also store information on our current clients that utilise our products and services, so that it can update us in the future on likely client future needs for current, updated or new products or services as they become available.

Additionally, we require a new website, which offers features that can help us in maximising efficiency, improve sales, time management – that can be integrated with current & future software.
