All of our websites are made to order – we do not use templates! That way, we can create a website that is unique and visually represents your business. Requirement
We are looking to increase our visibility by exploring the impact of an effective and focused PR campaign, we have a very diverse customer base and offer several services to both public and private sector businesses, including, websites, mobile apps, custom CRM systems and SEO / Marketing.
The successful supplier needs to understand our diverse client base and be willing to trial and evaluate new methods of PR each month to put us in front of the relevant sectors.
Experience in the Creative and Digital sector will be advantageous.
We do have a online marketing strategy to make sure we are found by potential customers, we plan to tie our online work in with the new PR plan to give it as big a boost as possible. Ideally the supplier will bring key contacts and tried and tested routes to key media outlets.
Moving forward we hope to learn from the PR provider and implement some of the successful workings into the staff roles in the company – we also envisage working with the PR company long term.
We would also like the chosen supplier to help us identify and apply for both industry and general business awards.
Deliverable Timescale Commencing February 2017, completion by December 2017

Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Quality/Technical Merit (40%) Is the product or service fit for purpose? How does it perform?
Design and Functional Characteristics (30%) How should it look feel? How easy is it to use?
Delivery Timescale (15%) Can the supplier meet the timescales/deadline?
Cost/Value for Money (15%) Is the price good value for money? This is not necessarily the cheapest option

4 Excellent Proposal meets and in some places exceeds the required standard
3 Good Proposal meets required standard
2 Acceptable Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others
1 Poor Proposal falls short of expected standard
0 Unacceptable

Proposal Format Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
