Shape Engineering was established in July 2016 and has grown from strength to strength, in our second year of trading we turned over £1.4 Million and are due to return to circa this figure in our 2022 Accounts (year-end February 2023) after recovering from a significant dip due to the COVID pandemic. We now have 16 staff in our Liverpool Head Office and we have a very strong pipeline of work for 2023, to date this year we have already secured our largest-ever scheme for 1200 new homes with Countryside Partnerships. We are therefore looking to expand our team (6 new members), with a mix of apprentices, graduates, and experienced staff to cope with the upcoming client demands and work pipeline.
Due to the previous expansion of our Shape Team and our planned further expansion, we were looking to move into a larger office space within the Liverpool City Region. However, a bigger space has become available within the building in which we currently reside. We, therefore, want to furnish this new office space to accommodate the staff (inc. space for new staff) and also inlcude a boardroom area. This would make an office space for 22 staff, which would include 6 new Shape Team Members.

Requirement
We currently have 16 staff in our Liverpool Head Office. We hope to employ 6 new members of staff & would like to furnish a new office space to accommodate all staff (22 Staff) and create a boardroom area.

We expect the project to commence no later than 18th February 2023 (or when Grant Funding has been secured) and to be completed by 18th August 2023 (anticipated timescale 6 months for equipment upgrade and implementation).
