Background
Your Payroll is a service that is offered through our charity KDC (Knowsley Disability Concern), https://www.kdc.org.uk/ . It is a payroll processing service for individuals who use direct payments from their local authority to employ their own personal care assistants. Your Payroll allows customers to comply with their legal responsibilities as employers and takes care of all the statutory requirements.
Your Payroll now has a client base of over 800 customers and has the professional expertise, resources and infrastructure to offer the services to SMEs and is actively seeking to increase its business to business sales.
What makes Your Payroll unique as a service, is that all the profits go into the charity, KDC for investment in services, in particular, helping people with learning disabilities to be more independent.
Requirement
We now need a new website to replace http://yourpayroll.org.uk/, which is in urgent need of an update. We wish to position our business as having a highly credible payroll processing service. The look and feel of the website should be targeted towards SMEs but it should not alienate our KDC service users.
Consideration should be given to our less able clients, many of whom have learning difficulties and long-term health conditions. We want to maximise the conversion of people landing on the website into enquiries. The site will have approximately 10 pages and must work well on a mobile phone.
The site should have an easy to use content management system.
The website will need to be GDPR compliant and have an SSL certificate.
Any functionality that you can offer that would help us achieve our aims will be of interest.
