Established in 2005, G-Force Communications Ltd are an independent ‘business to business’ communications specialist offering a consultancy service to our customers in order to provide products and solutions that save them time and money.
Our core product and service range includes:
• Mobile solutions for businesses
• Telephony solutions
• Fleet management and vehicle CCTV solutions
We require assistance from a marketing specialist to help us effectively communicate our brand personality, unique selling points, service benefits and product features online.
Specifically, we are seeking guidance on the deployment of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that will drive online leads and sales through our new website.
Expected project outcomes will be:
• Revitalised leads and sales pipeline from digital channels (search and social)
• 20 qualified and suitable leads per month from the website
Expected project deliverables will be:
• Communications strategy to fuel the initial website project and power future ongoing marketing campaigns
o Target personas identified
o USP’s, benefits and features defined
o Brand personality realised
o New website content created
• Media and asset gathering
o Acquisition and collation of photography, imagery, infographics and video where required
• Design, build and delivery of a new website built on a content management system
o Mobile optimised and speed tested
o Initial search engine optimisation
o CMS training (2 – 3 internal staff)
o GDPR compliant data capture o Analytics and goal tracking
Skills & Knowledge Required
Must be able to demonstrate they can meet all the requirements stated by providing examples of the types and range of consultancy support they would be able to offer.
Commencement November 2017 – completion by February 2018
Indicative Budget £6,000 – £12,000
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.
Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.
Cost/Value for money
(30%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.
4 Excellent Proposal meets and in some places, exceeds the required standard
3 Good Proposal meets required standard
2 Acceptable Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others
1 Poor Proposal falls short of expected standard
0 Unacceptable Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer
Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
