Background
Revive Property Services is a family-run, friendly and dependable building contractor based in the Liverpool City Region. Our professional and close-knit team of operatives are specialists in property development and refurbishment projects. Being a family-run building solutions company we offer a ‘hands on’ approach to property renovation projects and other building maintenance work that we complete.
Our unwavering ethos to deliver ‘one to one’ contact with all clients has meant we have built up a loyal customer base over the years. Our clients can rest assure they will receive personal attention and dedication in every element of the services we deliver. Insurance Reinstatement: if its fire or flood damage, maybe a smaller insurance related claim, our team or specialists are here to help. Being specialists in void property repair we cater for the repair and refurbishment of social housing, no matter how minor or major the job may be.
We can cater for the refurbishment and maintenance of both vacant and occupied commercial premises and can help keep your commercial property in optimum condition. Revive Property Services also specialise in providing assistance to less able-bodied individuals. Our Adaption Services includes installing Level Access Showers (LASs), ramps and other essential features to help make the lives of those living with a disability easier. Asides our main services we can complete all aspects of refurbishment and renovation projects to commercial and residential properties.
Requirement
We require a portal work system that will be an extension of our existing software. The system will allow external clients to access our current ‘booking’ software for appointment updates, job completion status for reactive maintenance and repair updates. This will hopefully reduce the call and email volume to our office but increase the quality of service to clients as they will be able to access ‘real time’ updates. We would also like the system to be able to update tenants/homeowners with appointments and reminders by text message.
The system will also be required to incorporate future planned legislation data security requirements.
The developer must have a proven track record of completing systems like the one outlined, preferably for construction companies similar to ourselves.
