Background

Breens Solicitors with offices in Southport and Waterloo within the Liverpool City Region has built its foundations with a mixture of local representation for clients living and working around the North West Coast and also nationally across England and Wales.

The firm has a team of legal professionals dedicated to delivering a quality service to our clients. Breens is a traditional legal practice dealing with Commercial and Residential Conveyancing matters, Probate, and Personal Injury Claims.

We have maintained our Law Society Accreditation Lexcel – which seeks to guarantee excellence in all areas of Practice Management – since 2002. We are looking to work with a company that shares our commitment to excellence.

Requirement

Our current website – breensonline.co.uk – is 13 years old and it is time for an update. We require a new, responsive website that is fully optimised for search engines. The current website attracts up to 1800 hits per month so we will need all of the pages redirecting to the new website.

Our aim is to increase traffic to the website, particularly in the areas of Commercial Conveyancing and Probate matters.

While the site must look good we are not interested in a website that looks great but does not generate any business, therefore the new supplier must have expert knowledge of SEO and a proven track record of increasing the number of visitors to a website.

Deliverable Timescale Commencing June 2018 – Completion by September 2018

Indicative Budget £3,000

Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:

Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) – Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.
Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.
Cost/Value for money (30%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.
