Background
Aztec is a leading Fit Out and Construction company based in Liverpool. Established in 1988, our company delivers projects both within the North West and across the UK. Clients have included LFC, RS Clare, MSB Solicitors, CBRE, Savills, CF Fertilisers, Brookes Bell, Taylor Marine and Andrew Collinge.
The majority of our clients come from referral and recommendation with some enquiries via our website.
Requirement
We have ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years as we look to scale up both the Fit Out and Construction sides of our business. We are able to provide our clients with a much wider range of services than our competitors, something we need to get across to existing and prospective clients. In order to increase the visibility of the Aztec brand – and bring in new customer enquiries – we now want to run a targeted Marketing campaign. We are looking for support in the following areas: –
Strategic Marketing support
Upgrade of our website including design refresh
Copywriting for website
Regional and Trade PR campaign
Digital marketing collateral
Deliverable Timescale: Within 4 months
Indicative budget £10,000
Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be assessed on the following criteria: Quality/Technical merit (40%) How good is the understanding of the sector? How robust is the proposed plan of activity? Is knowledge of how best to approach / implement this type of project demonstrated?
Design and Function Characteristics (35%) How much creativity does the supplier demonstrate? How will the website functionality be improved/ enhanced? Delivery Timescale (15%) Can the supplier meet the timescale/deadline? Cost/Value for money (10%) Does the supplier’s proposal show value for money? (This does not mean cheapest option)
Proposal format
Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirements set out above
