From a background in HR, we developed software that created tailored appraisals for businesses, allowing them to make intelligent people related business decisions.
However, over the years, our clients have also come to us for HR support and we have decided to expand our services to offer HR related services that complement our software and offer our clients and potential new clients an end to end HR service.
With that in mind, we would like to work with a lead generation company that can help us grow our client base within the following regions:
Our new website reflecting the extended services will be going live in April and we require the provider to work in parallel with its launch to:
Provide the database of potential leads
Develop those leads and introduce our various services to them
Book appointments with potential client and ensure it is booked in with our Consultant Provide an overview of what was discussed with the potential client, how hot the lead is and other pertinent information
Monitor the database and provide information on why successful/not successful
Send out e-mail shots (we will provide) to the database
Work closely with our SEO providers to monitor response to e-mails
Offer advice and guidance on the best way to engage with the leads now and going forward
Work to agreed KPI’s and targets
Advise on marketing strategies that can help strengthen the process of generating leads.
The provider needs to demonstrate their approach of introducing professional services to SME businesses (i.e. lead generation activity), and their rationale for choosing this approach.
The provider must be representing our company with their calls and act/feel as if they are part of our business.
The provider needs to dedicate a person to work on our account to ensure continuity.
The person working on our account must display an understanding of our sector and implement a tenacious approach without being pushy. They should display an appreciation that their actions affect, either positively or negatively, our reputation and ability to grow.
We are looking to work in partnership with the provider – we see this as a long-term relationship and integral to our growth plans.
We are looking for 30 weeks of initial support, around 1 day per week (can be split into hours), commencing 1st April 2017.
Indicative Budget £6000
