Overview:
Meadowcroft is a multi-sector recruitment business, established in January 2018. As a business we aim to work with local companies to assist them with their recruitment needs, whilst also helping local job seekers find their next job opportunity.
Meadowcroft are looking to enhance their digital service through our website. We want to have the ability to hold digital meetings through our website, whilst also having the capability to record and distribute meetings/interviews online to clients and candidates alike.
Requirements
A system built in to our existing website that allows us to hold online real time meetings/interviews.
A system that allows stipulated questions to be answered by an individual via recording themselves on the website.
A system that allows recorded interviews to be distributed to clients.
A system that fits in with our current branding.
Delivery Timescale: This project is to commence ASAP with a 6 week turnaround.
Indicative Budget: The project falls within the £2,500 – £24,999 bracket and therefore, under current Public Procurement Regulations, there is no formal tender procedure but a detailed written quotation is required.
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Cost (40%)
Demonstrable skills and understanding of sector (30%)
Understanding of brief quality of quotation (20%)
Delivery timescales (10%)
Scoring methodology
4=Excellent Proposal meets and in some places exceeds the required standard.
3=Good Proposal meets required standard.
2=Acceptable Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but not all.
1=Poor Proposal falls short of expected standard
0=Unacceptable completely or significantly fails to meet the required standard.
Proposal format
The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the requirements set out above are met.
