Description of Service Required:
Olympus International Ltd are looking to implement the ISO 9001 which is a quality management system to help our business to become more efficient, improve customer satisfaction and focus on continual improvement.
To make the process efficient we will require a consultancy group to work with us to help prepare us for an audit. The consultancy support require will focus on the delivering the following:
A comprehensive Gap Analysis of existing procedures and activities compared against the ISO 9001 requirements
Drafting of a ‘Project Plan’ to identify the activities necessary to achieve registration, define time scales and list who is responsible for each task.
Drafting of manuals which define how we will address each section of ISO.
Drafting of the required procedures which cover the day to day operating systems.
- Full implementation support.
- Guidance on the choice of Assessment Body.
- Internal auditor training.
- Preliminary audit.
- Management System Software.
