Background
Vans North West Ltd is an independently owned Light Commercial Vehicle dealers specialising in the sales, leasing, service and MOT for all makes of new, pre-registered and pre-owned Vans & Light Commercials.
Offering a one-stop shop solution for van customers, it is able to accommodate almost all requirements, including bespoke coach-built bodies, security, ply-lining, specialist fridge / mini-bus conversions, specialist van racking, most van accessories and a vast range of finance packages to suit all van user needs.
Vans North West have recently been appointed Main Agents for the all new state-of-the-art Maxus Light Commercial Vehicle range for the North West of England, covering a territory as far South as Stoke on Trent, as far North as Carlisle, and as far East as Greater and Central Manchester.

Requirement
This RFQ is for management consultancy services to aid Vans Northwest Ltd with preparing and setting up its systems to gain ISO accreditation for ISO 9001:2015.
As Vans Northwest ltd grows it expects to efficiently demonstrate UKAS accreditation to ISO standards (ISO9001:2015). Equally it will need recognised procedures in place to manage company expansion.
Deliverable Timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than 1st March 2022and to be completed by 1st May 2022.
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Cost 40 %
Understanding of sector 20 %
Clarity of quotation 10%
Delivery timescale 20%
Ease of communication 10%
Scoring Methodology
| 4 Excellent | Proposal meets and in some places exceeds the required standard |
| 3 Good | Proposal meets required standard |
| 2 Acceptable | Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others |
| 1 Poor | Proposal falls short of expected standard |
| 0 Unacceptable | Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer |

This work is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
ERDF Indicative Budget
This work will be part funded though the European Regional Development Fund. The project falls within the *£2,500 – £24,999 bracket and therefore, under current Public Procurement Regulations, there is no formal tender procedure, but a detailed written quotation is required.
(*NB this figure is the ERDF regulations figure. IT IS NOT THE BUDGET FOR THIS PROJECT)
