That’s why we approach every project with a careful balance of science and technology as well as art and creativity to excite and inspire action.  Owl Live have been on an ambitious growth trajectory and we are now looking for support to help us in our next phase.     Requirement We have identified that whilst as a business we have success and winning new business and excellent delivery, we would now like to shift our focus on growing our retained business. We have an excellent client roster of a number of high profile blue chip clients and have a number of talented account directors.

We are seeking a consultancy who has had proven success in helping to shape companies so that they are effective at growing business for retained clients. We understand that there are a number of facets to this and therefore the growth consultancy should be able to span looking at improvements for team skill set, processes, culture and other elements that make up the mix for success in this area.

Deliverable Timescale Completion by 31st December 2020

Indicative Budget Up to £24,000

Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:

Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.

Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.

Cost/Value for money (30%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.

Scoring Methodology

4 Excellent Proposal meets and in some places, exceeds the required standard
3 Good Proposal meets required standard
2 Acceptable Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others
1 Poor Proposal falls short of expected standard 0 Unacceptable Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer

Proposal Format Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
