Background Hybrid Technical Services are a private training provider offering apprenticeships and professional training and assessment in Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Installation. We are looking to make some significant investment in the premises, specifically a section of underutilised workshop space, in which we are looking to create a specialised training facility in Green and Renewable Energy technology solutions.

This renovation will give Hybrid customers the opportunity to undertake the highest level of professional training in a real working environment and will support the City Region to achieve their Net Zero carbon target in 2040.

Requirement Demolition of some existing interior structures, clear out of facility, timber construction of plumbing bays and mock “smart house” frontage to house renewable energy training equipment.

Construction of new classroom facility for professional training and knock through into current facility to open out social and reception space. Fitting of new glass doors and panels to allow view into workshop.

Construction of false ceiling and screed to floor then fitting of appropriate flooring throughout.
