Vans Northwest Ltd is an established commercial vehicle dealership based in St Helens. The company intends to undertake a significant investment project to build a new showroom next to the existing site. This involves the design, construction and fit out of the new building.
The groundwork and drainage services will be required to Construct Portal Frame Support pads, engineer sub-terra drainage, into main drains and install building Slab in line with Project design and building Regulations.

We expect the project to commence no later than December 2023 and to be completed by the end of May 2023.
Cost control is essential for this project and costs are expected to be between £50,000 and £75,000 depending on the materials used and speed of completion.
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:

1) This project is part of the Liverpool City Region High Growth Programme, and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Under current Public Procurement Regulations there is no formal tender procedure, but a detailed written quotation is required
