Background
Vans Northwest Ltd is an established commercial vehicle dealership based in St Helens. The company intends to undertake a significant investment project to build a new showroom next to the existing site. This involves the design, construction and fit out of the new building.
Requirement Summary
The cladding service provider will be required to Clad the full Exterior of the Project including the Roof in line with Project design and building Regulations.

Deliverable timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than December 2023 and to be completed by the end of May 2023.
Indicative budget
Cost control is essential for this project and costs are expected to be between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on the materials used and speed of completion.
Evaluation criteria
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Cost 30%
Does supplier offer value for money.
Deliverability With in Specified Timescales 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above
Meeting Specification Details 10%
Supplier must demonstrate all specifications met
Supplier Suitability 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they have the capability to deliver the requirement
Scoring Methodology
