Background
Focused Construction Limited provides recruitment services to the construction sector across the UK.

Requirement
FC is looking to instruct the relevant person to provide us with a financial reporting and performance target project. This project is extremely important as FC has grown rapidly over the last 18 months and now has reached a size where a detailed finance reporting system is required along with expert services in assessing a wide range of growth scenarios and the impact these have to the growing workforce required, cash flow requirements, systems needed to administer this growth. The growth witnessed has purely been in the sales and marketing to generate large contracts with customers who require a constant supply of temporary and permanent workers in their construction operations. The necessary support of a finance department is required in order to ensure the continued growth is managed successfully as at present this is not in place. We are looking for a financial astute individual/organisation who can assist us with a range of services with some of the headline requirements set out in the table below.

We believe that require the services of an individual/organisation who have in depth skills in;
1. Financial support
2. Finance raising
3. Interim financial management
4. Strong technical skills and financial modelling
5. Strong interpersonal skills to work with the existing team
Deliverable Timescale Commencing circa 15th July 2019, completion by 30th September 2019
Indicative Budget Up to £24,000 plus VAT
Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.
Cost/Value for money (30%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.
Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.

Proposal Format
Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
