Background
Enspec Power Ltd. is an electrical engineering firm specialising in Power Quality and Grid Connection, formed in 1999, registered in St Helens, with a manufacturing site near Newcastle and an incorporated office in the USA. Enspec helps large energy generators (major wind farms, solar farms, hydroplants, etc) and large energy users (manufacturers, hospitals, treatment centres, etc) with power quality consultancy and solutions, falling under both classifications of consultancy and manufacturing. About 80% of our client based is developing renewable energy farms who are looking to secure grid connection agreements. They therefore need to prove Grid Code Compliance, which is done through a series of Power System Studies. If non-compliances are identified, we can design, manufacture and commission solutions including Harmonic Filtration, Reactive Compensation and Point on Wave Switching to solve the issues and therefore gain the grid connection agreements.
Requirement
As part of a fast-growing industry and growth strategy, Enspec is looking to implement a new ERP that will cover the areas of Marketing management / tracking, CRM, Accounting (must be VAT compliant), Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project Management / Timesheets, and HR related activities such as holiday booking and recruitment process management. Each app or system should work together in order to pull reports such as profitability reports, extract data for financial forecasting and forecast operational issues like employee growth necessity or project bottlenecking. The system also needs a capability of establishing different businesses in different countries, outlining different accountancy/tax requirements as required.
We have different employees who would fall under different tier access, and the system should have a capability of displaying certain amounts of data based on user type. However, a minimum of 21 employees would need a capability of logging timesheets. This we hope to scale to 30 employees by the end of 2024.
Full system set up and training should be included within the quote.
If more information is required, please contact mara.rastall@enspecpower.com.
