Background
Venturepak Ltd is a packaging company which started trading in July 2021. We are suppliers of plastic packaging in the form of injection moulded tubs, pots, and buckets. All products are tamper evident, produced from high quality food grade polypropylene, and conform to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene regulations. The vast majority of our products can also be decorated using in mould labelling techniques.
Stock is held at our facility in St Helens, Merseyside, meaning goods can usually be dispatched immediately following receipt of an order for delivery 1-3 days later
We supply a wide range of industries from chemical to food manufacturing.
Requirement
We have invested in a new professionally built website. However, we want to ensure that the website is supported by other digital marketing activities. Consequently, we are looking to source specialist digital marketing advice and support, covering:
– SEO Optimisation
– Content creation and website updates
– E-commerce Conversion Optimisation
– E mail website automation workflows
We are looking for a company to support us across all our channels. We are happy with our website and some elements of our online marketing but need to make sure that all channels are complementary and that everything we do is focussed on converting to sales.
We therefore have a requirement for a company that can demonstrate a track record of:
– Driving e-commerce sales through multi-funnel campaigns.
– Search Engine Marketing
– Social Media Content Creation
– Setting goals, and monitoring & reporting against targets
We are intending to award a contract for 12 months. Proposals must be for the 12 month period only.
We would expect to see clear improvements in all of our metrics by month 2, leading to an increase in overall sales, and continuing progress regularly reported each month.
Deliverable Timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than 15/02/22 and to be completed in 12 months from start date.
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
– Cost 30%
– Understanding of the brief/ clarity of quotation (30%)
– Demonstrable skills and understanding of the industry sector (10%)
– Delivery timescales (20%)
– Ease of communication (10%)

Proposal Format

This work will be part funded through the European Regional Development Fund. The project falls, under current Public Procurement Regulations, and as such there is no formal tender procedure, but a detailed written quotation is required.
3) Conditions of Tender
Please be aware that due to the relatively low indicative budget for this work (i.e., less than the current OJEU limits) there is no regulatory obligation for us to provide feedback if you are unsuccessful.
We reserve the right to discontinue this tender process at any time and not award a contract.
You will not be entitled to claim from us any costs or expenses which you may incur in preparing and/or submitting your Tender at any stage of this exercises. This applies whether or not your organisation is successful.
