Background

Brighter Futures Merseyside Ltd is a premier training company offering Study Programme and Traineeships throughout England, specifically in Liverpool and the wider Merseyside region. We are tried and trusted in supporting organisations to recruit excellent and suitable apprentices to meet their needs.

Requirement

We require the development of a bespoke Learner Information System (LIS) to enable us to better manage our learners, including geographically dispersed learners.

The LIS must cover the following:

Attendance – with the ability to remotely log attendance in a convenient manner while allowing for timely analysis based upon pre-determined criteria

Course Development – with the ability for us to conveniently develop course frameworks

Evidence Collation – with the ability to upload and manage evidence (written, visual and audio) based upon the courses we have developed

Progress Tracking – with the ability to manage progress against evidence collation using predetermined criteria.

We require this system to be developed prior to the next academic year starting in September 2019.

Deliverable Timescale To be completed by 23rd August 2019

Indicative Budget £35,000 – £40,000

Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:

Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.

Delivery Timescale (20%) Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.

Cost/Value for money (30%) Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.

Scoring Methodology

4 Excellent – Proposal meets and in some places, exceeds the required standard
3 Good – Proposal meets required standard
2 Acceptable – Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others
1 Poor – Proposal falls short of expected standard
0 Unacceptable – Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer.

Proposal Format

Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.

Deadline and Submission
