Development and implementation of integrated management system to
ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007
Background: LSM Multiservices Ltd are specialist thermal insulation contractors based in Kirby, Merseyside. Established in 2003, the company has developed long-standing relationships with key clients in chemical, pharmaceutical, construction and engineering sectors.
Operating on projects across the UK, our engineers are involved in:
Supply and/or installation of thermal insulation and cladding materials
Supply and/or insulation of electric surface (trace) heating materials in accordance
with the electric surface heating (ESH) British Standards 6351 parts 1 to 3;1983
The enviable reputation we have developed within the industry is based on the core knowledge and competence of our management and field engineers. Each member of our team typically has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Coupled with our customer focus and right-first-time attitude, we are able to provide our services with efficiency, reliability and professionalism.
Requirement: LSM Multiservices is looking to consolidate its existing success and facilitate future growth, with existing and new clients. As part of this target, the business is seeking to achieve certification to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007.
We are seeking consultancy support to develop, implement and maintain an integrated
management system in order to successfully achieve registration to these three standards.
In addition, we would like the system to be developed in a way which will facilitate a simple transition to the new ISO45001 standard when is it published.
We are interested in receiving quotes for the provision of this consultancy support, with content that clearly demonstrates how the assessement criteria detailed below will be met. The scope of work quoted for must include the activities and costs associated with the selection of, liaison with and attendance of accredited certification bodies to conduct the third party audits necessary to achieve certification.
Deliverable Timescale: The full certification process should be completed by the end of August 2017.
Indicative Budget: Budget costings for the complete project, including all certification body costs, are £9,750
Proposal Format: Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above and include details of all activities required within the scope described.
