Background
Diamond cut wheels are a specialist product, costing thousands of pounds, and are standard for high end vehicles and dealerships as part of the vehicle specification at the manufacturing stage. The wheels have to be machine tooled and painted and lacquered, to achieve a diamond cut finish.
Customise Your Wheels Ltd is a company which specialises in alloy wheel refurbishment and repair, and the production of diamond cut wheels. They are an approved supplier to major car manufacturers, including Jaguar/Land Rover, Mercedes Benz and BMW.
The company is looking to undertake a significant investment project at its new site.
Requirement
CNC Lathe, inclusive of installation, commissioning, 2500 wheel profile database, 12 month or 24 month warranty. Dedicated after sales services with web-based link up facility for software diagnostics and updates.
Deliverable Timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than December 2022, and to be completed by January 2023.
Indicative Budget– £50,000 to £55,000

Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
