Background

Angel Solutions – providing innovative web-based solutions for Education Sector

Requirement

We are looking for business consultancy services to input in areas around Leadership, Strategic direction, managing change and adapting to growth as we scale from 35+ employees.

Our preferred consultancy agent or agency will provide assistance to business leaders in these areas through a range of innovative delivery techniques.

We’re looking for suppliers who can demonstrate how they can quickly understand our needs as a business and then add value to our team.

Knowledge of product based technical SME’s would be preferable.

Deliverable Timescale

We envisage the programme would be a number of days spread over approx. 6 month period.

Indicative Budget £10,000

Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:  Quality/Technical Merit (40%)  Design and Functional Characteristics (30%)  Delivery Timescale (15%)  Cost/Value for Money (15%)

Scoring Methodology

4 Excellent Proposal meets and in some places exceeds the required standard 3 Good Proposal meets required standard 2 Acceptable Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others 1 Poor Proposal falls short of expected standard 0 Unacceptable Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer

Proposal Format

Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
