Background
The Loft is an award-winning Brand and Digital Agency with a fresh, results-driven approach to creative, technical and digital development and marketing support solutions. We have delivered strategic projects to more than one hundred clients over the past 10 years, including some large names like Princes Food Group, Procter and Gamble and the NHS, as well some great regional organisations such as The Venmore Group, The Women’s Organisation and Anwyl Homes.
We offer a broad spectrum of creative, digital and design solutions that illustrate a brand’s personality, positioning and essence. We help clients not only to achieve but to exceed their goals through effective use of design.
We are a friendly, creative and ambitious team. Our expertise within 3 key areas of property, food & drink and female-led organisations’ sectors is growing rapidly.
Requirement
We are looking to appoint a supplier who can support us through a period of rapid agency growth. Providing consultancy services as we develop our business strategy, taking into account and addressing all areas of agency business including;
Our Vision; Business / Growth Strategy, Sales & Marketing,
Our people, Team & Structure, Operations & Finance.
Ultimately helping us develop a robust framework from which we will rapidly grow over the next 3 years. This will involve working closely on a strategic level with agency leadership team as well as helping us to develop an effective way of communicating the vision and plan with all members of the team, ensuring successful integration of the strategy.
The successful supplier will display an understanding of working with the creative & digital sector, be able to demonstrate how they will deliver effective consultancy services to achieve agreed outputs and results.
Deliverable Timescale Starting mid 2017 to be completed at latest early 2018.
Indicative Budget Up to £10k
Proposal Format Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
