Background
PropertyCloud Online Management Limited is a company developing and offering softwareas-a-service (SaaS) products for the student lettings market. Founded by software experts and student lettings specialists with more the 25 years’ industry experience, its cloud-based web application, PropertyCloud, is transforming the student and HMO lettings market by automating the entire rental process with a single integrated and comprehensive package that is hosted in one place and works seamlessly together.
Requirement
We require a professionally produced business and forecasting plan. This will be used to strategize our future growth and to help with our next fundraising round. The plan will need to cover all of the following points: Vision for the business Set financial targets Strategy to meet targets Business management strategy along with HR and operations Set short, medium and long term goals Gather information and generate forecast model Set any assumptions Perform sensitivity analysis
Deliverable Timescale
Completion by August 2018
Indicative Budget
Up to £5,000
Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Quality/ Technical Merit (50%) – Supplier must demonstrate they have the technical and professional capability to deliver the requirement.
Delivery Timescale (20%) – Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above.
Cost/Value for money (30%) – Does supplier offer value for money. This will not necessarily be the cheapest quote.
Scoring Methodology
4 Excellent – Proposal meets and in some places, exceeds the required standard
3 Good – Proposal meets required standard
2 Acceptable – Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others
1 Poor – Proposal falls short of expected standard
0 Unacceptable – Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer
Proposal Format
Proposals should clearly demonstrate how they meet the requirement set out above.
