This a collaborative procurement exercise between the Red Cross’ Event First Aid and Ambulance Support functions and the Corporate Procurement Team following consultation with key internal stakeholders.

Developing a close working relationship with a single provider of these services;
Provision of robust and meaningful Management Information to drive efficiencies and improvements;
Embracing market innovation and enabling opportunities for knowledge transfer and testing of new concepts or services; and
Building upon lessons learned from previous procurement exercises.
Submissions will be evaluated in a two stage process where Tenderers who meet the minimum Selection Criteria will then proceed to the Award Criteria. These shortlisted Tenderers will then be evaluated on the basis of 100% Price.
