Description of Service Required: We were founded in 2000 by Managing Director Mark Seaborn, an experienced and respected senior executive working in the housing sector. Mark set up Pennington Choices to provide housing providers with housing consultancy, building and quantity surveying and asset management services. We currently work across a range of sectors including, Commercial Property, Healthcare Property Services, Contractor Services, Housing Associations ,Education Services, Local Authorities.
We have ambitious growth plans and have identified the rail sector as a new sector for us to target, initially for our asbestos service, but also as a means to develop our other services to sell into. In order for us to gain access to this sector we need to be accredited to the Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) Sentinel Module. RISQS is a third-party qualification assessment of a supplier’s capability to supply products and services.
