Title: Provision of care for MA
Description
St Helens Council is seeking to appoint an accredited organisation for the Provision of care to MA.
MA requires a package of care which ensures that he has a personal assistant with him 112 hours a week (plus an initial sleep in). The provider will need to identify a property and provide the supported living accommodation
MA has complex support needs.
The contract will run for an initial 36 month period from 20th November 2017 to 19th November 2020, subject to an annual review, with an option of two 12 month extension periods.
