Description of Service Required:
Momentum Instore Ltd is primarily a retail implementation company that provides the highest standards of storage and distribution to ensure that our clients instore displays arrives at the designated store safely. We will manage the whole process from kit being received, right through to it being stored, picked, packed, delivered and implemented.
To enhance our businesses capability of taking on new business and delivering customer orders we need to ensure we have robust and efficient back office systems and processes. The business does not currently have an ERP system with existing internal and customer monitoring/reporting systems being outdated and therefore not very efficient. Therefore, we are looking to purchase an ERP solution to integrate with some of our existing systems and to replace others. The project will include the purchasing of a combination of software, services including consultation and implementation, and support.
