Description of Service required:
We are looking to carry out a mentoring, coaching and development program for all our line Managers. Within our company structure there are managers of varying seniority and length of service, many of which have had little or no formal coaching to carry out their managerial responsibilities.
The purpose of the program is to provide knowledge of leadership and management principles to enable the managers to lead their teams more effectively, to give managers the tools, confidence and consistent message of EMS Management expectations.
