Overview The works to the Project are divided into two sections: –

1. Single Storey Teaching Block
2. Mono Pitch Roof and Guttering

Single Storey Teaching Block.

The Teaching Block consists of works to the gutters system and rainwater dispersal in the main. The main issues for consideration are leaking joints & surface corrosion onset.

Mono Pitch Roof.

The issue with the Mono Pitch Roof is the ingress of rain water exacerbated by the following: –

Profusion of Roof Penetrations.
Failures to the Mono Pitch Roof Covering.
