Description of Service Required:

We are a leading data provider to the conveyancing industry, dealing directly with law firms and legal professionals handling property and land transactions.  Client expectations and compliance requirements demand the highest standards of accuracy from our data, and for it to be delivered within exacting timescales. In a market where providers’ reputations are critical to success, we need our people to strive for 100% accuracy, 100% of the time.

Our people need to have an interest in and aptitude for compiling detailed property search reports.   It is critical to our succession planning and future growth that we recruit and retain more staff.  To enable us to continue our growth we need to recruit new staff and expand and consolidate the skills of our current staff.

We operate in a niche market therefore we need a system that enables us to understand the type of people we need in terms of skills, abilities and attitudes. We then need to attract and reach the right people, with a programme to support them, especially in their early days.  Currently we don’t have a recruitment process, structured new starter induction, or a staff development programme in place.

The project is to design and implement a sustainable in-house recruitment, induction, and staff development programme for X-Press Legal Services.
