Description of services required:
We provide property care services for domestic building preservation and commercial building preservation from basement waterproofing and dry rot/wet rot to damp, rising damp, damp proofing and woodworm.
We are looking to work with a specialist IT consultant/consultancy to help us develop and integrate an automated web-based appointment booking system to help us improve the efficiency of our customer onboarding process.
The system will need to have the following functionality:
• Capture enquiry (Existing/New Customer)
• Address/Postcode Lookup
• Maintain Customer Record
• Retrieve enquiry
• Make payment via API to SagePay
• View schedule
• Appointment calendar/schedule
• Complete survey
• Send reminder SMS/email to client
• Capture Quote
• Export financial information to Sage 200 via csv file
