Description
Warrington Borough Council require a formal Red Book Valuation (RICS Valuation –Global Standards Edition 2017 plus UK 2014 (revised 2015) Supplement) of the freehold interest in the property at Birchwood Park.
Birchwood Park is a large business Park on the eastern edge of the borough and close t…on is to include a reference to a separate valuation figure for the development land (circa 35 acres).
The Council will require one valuation to be carried out in each of the next three years. The first valuation will be required to be completed and submitted to the council by 30th April 2019.
