TFG Vision 2223 Consolidation Project
Background
As part of TFG’s vision 2223 consolidation project we are looking to expand our existing operation in Stockpit Rd to include a new facility to support our growing restoration services. The project will include extensive refurbishment to the newly acquired dilapidated building and surrounding grounds. In line with government guidelines and targets TFG are working towards carbon neutral with the installation of a PV solar power resource to support are required energy budgets. The project will help create new employment opportunities with a long-established SME and will be open to diverse sectors of society with the inclusion of hard-to-reach youngsters through our apprenticeship scheme and member of the armed services and armed forces covenant.
Requirement
The project requires funding to support making good and development of the carparking and hardstanding’s.
PV solar System
- Development of the storage area to include building alteration work and storage racking system
Deliverable Timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than September 2022 and to be completed by September 2023
Indicative Budget – please add a price range to assist suppliers (i.e., £375,000- £400,000)
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:
Cost 30%
Does supplier offer value for money.
Deliverability Within Specified Timescales 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above
Meeting Specification Details 10%
Supplier must demonstrate all specifications met
Supplier Suitability 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they have the capability to deliver the requirement
Scoring Methodology
| 4 Excellent | Proposal meets, and in some places exceeds the required standard |
| 3 Good | Proposal meets required standard |
| 2 Acceptable | Proposal meets the required standard in most respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others |
| 1 Poor | Proposal falls short of expected standard |
| 0 Unacceptable | Completely or significantly fails to meet required standard or does not provide the relevant answer |

This project is part of the Liverpool City Region High Growth Programme, and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Under current Public Procurement Regulations there is no formal tender procedure, but a detailed written quotation is required
