All businesses need to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Chamber Health and Safety is a comprehensive service, offered exclusively to Members which offers support to Members by website or helpline.

There is an increasing focus to ensure that health and safety risks are well managed to meet legislation, customer requirements and employee expectations and, importantly, if you employ 5 or more people you have a legal obligation to have a written Health and Safety Policy.
