Who's it for?Anyone who works in a front-line customer-facing role, such as a sales assistant, call centre executive, telesales executive or receptionist.
What will they study?Like our Level 3 Customer Service course, all learning is grouped around four core themes: impression and image, delivery, handling problems, and development and improvement. In line with these themes, students work towards improving their ability to follow procedures and implement policies in areas such as handling complaints, delivering good customer service, adhering to ethical and legal considerations, and communicating appropriately with customers.
Where will it take place?In the workplace.
What next?Students could progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, or they could pursue further study at a similar level in a related field, such as sales, marketing or business administration.
