Who's it for?

Staff working in management roles in a business. It’s likely they are responsible for managing projects or people and want to develop their understanding and skills to take on more responsibilities.

What will they study?

Students will develop their awareness and abilities in areas such as managing their own professional development, setting objectives and supporting team members, and planning and monitoring the work of a team. They can also choose optional areas of study to suit their specific roles and interests, such as project management, managing innovation and change, and developing and implementing new ideas.

Where will it take place?

In the workplace.

What next?

Students may be able to progress to a Level 5 Management qualification (there is no Level 4), depending on their situation, or to a more specific area of management training, such as finance, human resources or marketing.
