Who's it for?

Staff who are in a middle or senior management role with operational and strategic responsibilities, or in roles that combine responsibilities for staff with a degree of strategic responsibility.

What will they study?

Students will improve their understanding and skills in developing and evaluating operational plans, managing budgets, leading and managing teams, planning and guiding change and working productively with colleagues and stakeholders. They can also choose from a range of optional units according to their role and interests, such as risk management, strategic decision-making, compliance, and promoting equality of opportunity.
