Enterprise Greenhouse
Within our new, state of the art premises, we have 31 fully-equipped business units available to new companies in St Helens.
With a 75% rent subsidy, the Enterprise Greenhouse provides a unique opportunity for a young business to flourish in a cheap, affordable, modern and professional environment.
Managed by the Chamber, the units provide fully serviced office accommodation, including telephones, computers and internet access; allowing new businesses to concentrate on the important things.
The location makes it easy to tap into the Chamber's array of support opportunities and to use our conferencing facilities.
The units, which can accommodate between one and four people, are available on a license basis so there are no long-term lease agreements to sign up to. There are also generous license fee rebates.
New companies are able to occupy the units for a maximum of two years and there are generous rebates available for the first 18 months. So, for a two person unit, the license fee starts from as little as £115 +vat per month.
