Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a terrific way of gaining qualifications and valuable workplace experience.
As an Apprentice, you can earn as you learn and you gain practical skills from the workplace that you can take forward into the career you choose to pursue.
Our Apprenticeship programme is aimed 16-19 year olds and career progression for apprentices is excellent.
We are currently delivering Apprenticeships in:
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- Health and Social Care
The Apprenticeship training programme is made up of two key elements - a technical certificate (relevant NVQ at level 2 or 3) and key skills (such as literacy, numeracy, IT and communication).
All training is delivered in the workplace. Our training advisers will visit you every three weeks to ensure you are fully supported and your placement is progressing well.
When you are on an Apprenticeship, your employer pays you a salary and supports your training, most of which takes place in the workplace.
Your training is completely free.
