A.TR movement certificates
As of 1 June 2005, St Helens Chamber are authorised
to process A.TR movement certificates for goods going
to Turkey.
When submitting an A.TR certificate for processing
it must be accompanied by your commercial invoice and
A.TR Export Statement. Documents without the accompanying
documentation will be rejected. The A.TR Export Statement
is available below as a downloadable form.
The Chamber advises all companies exporting to Turkey
to hold a copy of Customs notice 812. This notice explains
the rules which must be satisfied if goods are to qualify
for tariff preferential treatment under the Customs
Union which the EC has concluded with Turkey for a wide
range of industrial products and under which the reciprocal
traditional preferential trade arrangements which the
EC has concluded with Turkey for most agricultural and
